The boom arm are constructed using high-quality, certified Shaogang Q355B and Q690D steel.

The hydraulic seamless pipe is sourced as per national standards, ensuring precision and seamless performance.

Production process and quality control

1. The long reach arm plate is precision-cut using a plasma cutting needle to ensure accuracy.

2. Before welding, the plate edges are milled (tapered) using a large edge milling machine. This allows for deep penetration of the weld into the steel plate, enhancing the overall performance of the structure.

3.After welding, a double-sided large-scale floor-standing boring machine is employed for precision boring. This ensures the long-reach arm concentricity during operation and extends its service life.
